Yes. VOYOTrak integrates with VOYOLink, a platform that enables remote communication between vehicle owners and participating repair shops. If your preferred shop uses VOYOLink, they can receive alerts, view diagnostics, and help you manage maintenance or repairs—even when you’re not at the shop.

Yes, a VOYO device is required to access real-time vehicle data on VOYOTrak. Devices can be purchased individually or through your local shop if they use the VOYOLink platform.

The VOYO app is optimized for individual users and smartphones. VOYOTrak offers a broader, desktop-friendly interface for managing multiple vehicles, better suited for families and fleets.

Shops you share your data with can only see diagnostic related data. They do not see your trip information or driver safety alerts. Vehicle owners can optionally choose to share trip data with a shop from the Settings menu in VOYOTrak.
Please note, diagnostic alerts shared with your selected shops include location information. This one time GPS point is provided to help your shop better understand the vehicle’s operating state when an alert was created. /p>
